A celebration of the life of Joyce Grenfell

A new show, George ... don't do that featuring previously unheard Joyce Grenfell material is about to open at the New End Theatre in London. It celebrates the 25th anniversary of the death of one of Britain's most famous variety performers, and is produced by Andrew Brewis, who went to the same school as Joyce and was granted access to the private papers.

Andrew Brewis and Maria Gibbs, who plays Joyce in the show, talk to Jenni about why Joyce Grenfell is still remembered with such affection.

George... Don't Do That is at the New End Theatre, Hampstead, London from 6 to 19 September
