On being made a Fellow of the Royal Society
When Prof Carol Robinson was at school, she was so fascinated by chemistry that chemistry teachers frequently told her off for going into too much detail in her homework.
Now, despite leaving school at 16 and taking a career break to raise a family, she's been made a Fellow of that most venerable of institutions, the Royal Society.
Jenni Murray talks to her.
