A former Vale player and why he wants to be a top ref
Former Port Vale midfielder, Anthony Griffith, who made more than 230 appearances for the club hopes to become a professional referee. He is one of 16 ex-players training to become referees in a brand new three-year course from the Premier League. He says it's a way of staying connected to the game.
