The election of Vicente Fox, the first leader of Mexico not to come from the PRI party. Mr Fox will not take power until later in the year, he is the first Mexican leader to have also been a business leader, he is a former boss of Coca Cola. The programme looks at what he hopes to achieve economically and politically.
