Shopping with expert Lesley Kiddell-Spencer are friends and PhD students Harriet and Alice, who plan to use logic and charm to get a deal, and with Irita Marriott are dad and daughter AJ and Jiya. He's looking for watches, and she’s after silver and jewellery. Can the students dial in a profit when they come across a stall of upcycled telephones, or can AJ and Jiya make them green with envy if they buy a Blue John pendant?

There are certainly plenty of intriguing items to tempt the bidders at Hettie Jago’s sale room in Nottingham, but will this contest come down to the bonus buys at the end of the show?
