With The Traitors star Amanda Collier

As Celebrity Traitors kicks off tomorrow, Adam catches up with star of the most recent series of The Traitors, Brighton's Amanda Collier. As well as being a judge for last week's Make a Difference Awards, Amanda is guest presenter of Out tonight at 9pm on BBC Radio Sussex.

We also hear how a hugely popular David Bowie show is heading to the south east next year.

And there's more from our award-winning resident chef Rob Kirby.
