As well as looking back at the inspiring stories that have shaped the show - from its Children in Need fundraising legacy to the impact it has had on viewers - former presenters Matt Baker and Christine Lampard are back on the green sofa to reflect on their time on the show. There is a special film from Adrian Chiles on 20 years of the show, and a catch-up with Formula E world champion Oliver Rowland, who first appeared on a One Show film with Christine when he was 14 years old. Musician Tom Grennan ends the celebrations with a special music performance.
