Evolutionary biologist Ben Garrod heads to a beach in Norfolk.

This was the scene of a raging storm which sparked the discovery of one of the oldest mammoth skeletons ever to have been found in the UK.

It proved to be the best preserved skeleton of this species in the world - revealing a treasure trove of information about life some 600,000 to 700,000 years ago.
