October is Free Wills Month!

You can sign up for a free will here, external. You put in your name, email address and select some charities close to your heart, then you'll be put in contact with one of the firms of solicitors taking part in a Free Wills Month campaign and you can request an appointment.

The solicitor will help to draw up a will that accurately reflects your wishes with no charge!

This is a first come first served scheme with limited availability, but if you miss out on a slot, they'll be running the scheme again in March.

However, many charities run free will schemes throughout the year - just search for a charity that's close to your heart and make sure you check the solicitor you've been paired with is registered here, external in England and Wales, here, external in Scotland, and here, external in Northern Ireland.
